NOTES FOR APPLICANTS:
The purpose of this form is to enable IFIP members to submit requests for
events. Prior to making a request applicants should discuss the application
with the appropriate WG/SIG and TC Chairs.
No commitments relating to the event should be made until this form has
been completed and approval has been given by IFIP.
THE IFIP EVENT REQUEST PROCESS:
To request an event, complete the form providing as much detail as possible.
When you have completed and submitted the form emails will automatically be
sent to the appropriate IFIP officers requesting approval of your event. You
will also need to print and sign the completed form and post or fax it to
the IFIP General Secretary. You should be notified of a decision within approximately
