The conference will take place at the Pierre Baudis Convention Center (Centre de Congrès Pierre Baudis), in downtown Toulouse.

The Toulouse Congress Centre was inaugurated in September 1997 in response to the Mayor's determination to be able to hold ambitious conferences within the heart of the city itself. It has hosted 220 congresses.
Situated in the heart of the urban environment, well served by public transport, wih a modern design, providing within a compact structure a variety of meeting rooms and halls, the Congress Centre has in-house computer links so that an event in one room can be broadcast in all the others, and also offers access to the Internet.
