Scope

The I3E 2004 conference is the fourth IFIP conference on e-commerce, e-business, and e-government sponsored by the three IFIP committees TC6, TC8, and TC11. It provides a forum for users, engineers, and scientists in academia, industry, and government to present their latest findings in e-commerce, e-business, or e-government applications and the underlying technologies to support those applications. INFORMATION FOR AUTHORS

Submission of Full Paper

Submissions should describe original work (not submitted or published elsewhere) and be no longer than 20 double-spaced pages in length. Submissions should include title, authors and a 150-word abstract as a front page. They should clearly identify the author responsible for correspondence, incl. the author's name, mailing address, telephone and fax number, as well as e-mail address. One of the authors of each paper must register and present the paper at the conference.

The proceedings of the conference will be published by Kluwer Academic Publishers. All accepted material to appear in the proceedings should follow the template (MS Word only) available at www.wkap.com/ifip/styles .
