Hotel des Capitouls

Under the charm of the Capitouls...
A discreet and elegant Hotel

In the heart of Old Toulouse, this unique hotel brings a new elegance and refinement to the city.

In a small side street full of history lies the Hôtel des Capitouls. The "Descente de la Halle aux Poissons" formerly lead directly down to the water of the river Garonne. Today, this narrow road retains the timeless atmosphere of a former era, far away from the bustle of the city.

The ancient building communicates with the number 51 Rue des Couteliers, residence formerly inhabited by Joseph Borista, a city magistrate or "Capitoul" in the renaissance period around 1686
