The Toulouse Metro (automatic underground railway) is linking down-town to Jolimont and Basso-Cambo suburban areas, as well as a comprehensive bus services.


 

  The main shopping streets have been turned into pedestrians-priority areas (probably because Toulouse has the highest density of shops in France). The underground car park capacity is 10,500 vehicles.
